About Certified Nursing Assistant Program

24 Hour Nurse Aide Recertification Program
The 24-Hour Nurse Aide seminar offered by Bash Career Institute of Dallas, Texas will serve as a continuing education requirement for a certified Nurse Aide Assistant in the State of Texas. State regulations require that all nurse aides, to be listed on the as having an active status license after the two years period. Must complete at least 24-Hours In-service education every two years, Topic will include; geriatric and the care of residents with a dementia disorder, including Alzheimer’s disease.

About Phlebotomist Technician Training
The Phlebotomist Technician (CPT) course offered by Bash Career Institute of Dallas, Texas will be instructed in a process that incorporates both practical, book-based study and hands-on practice. you will be prepared for employment as a phlebotomist or to provide supplemental training for students previously or currently employed in this occupation, this course covers laboratory studies, communication instruction, properly obtaining specimen collection, urinalysis, basic office bacteriology, hematology, human relations, legal and chemistry.

- 8 WEEKS
- 140 contact clock hours ( 100 hours classroom work, 30 hours of lab and 10 hours of clinical experience)
- 18 yrs of Age or older with proof of Age.
- Able to speak, write and understand English
- Proof of High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a certified Nurse Aide currently working as Certified Nurse Aide, and listed as active on Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
- Must continue to work as a Nurse Aide from start of the Medication Aide class date to completion date.
- Must be employable.
- Student must pass background check and fingerprinting check and will be done before admitted into the class.
- Student must currently work in Nursing Home facility, Assisted Living facility for 90days, or Memory care.
CPR Certification program information
